CROSSY GLOBAL Terms of Service
This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a document that defines the conditions for the use of the service "CROSSY GLOBAL" (hereinafter referred to as "this service") provided by HR Management Service Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "this company"). This agreement applies to all users of this service. Please read this agreement carefully before using this service. If you do not agree to this agreement, you will not be able to use this service.
Article 1 (Purpose)
This agreement is a document that defines the conditions for the use of this service "CROSSY GLOBAL" (PC, smartphone, and other types of use terminals, including use through websites and applications) and the rights and obligations between this company and the user.
- Users shall comply with this agreement when using this service.
- By agreeing to this agreement, a contract is established between this company and the user.
Article 2 (Definition)
The following terms used in this agreement have the following meanings as defined in each item below.
- This Agreement: refers to this service use contract concluded between this company and the user with this agreement as the contract conditions.
- User: refers to all persons who have registered as members of this service.
- Accepting Company (Employer): refers to a company that has registered for this service, inputs job information when using this service, provides recruitment information through this service, and intends to receive introductions of job seekers from job introduction agencies.
- Employment placement services provider: refers to a company that has registered for this service, provides job seeker information when using this service, and intends to introduce job seekers to accepting companies (employers) directly or through other employment placement services provider.
- Job Seeker: refers to an individual who has registered to receive job introduction from an employment placement services provider that is registered as a member of this service and has registered as a member of this service, or who has directly registered as a member of this service and selected and registered with an employment placement services provider through this service, and uses this service to provide their own information to an employment placement services provider or an accepting company (employer), receive job information, and has the intention to apply for a desired job.
- Communication Device: refers to smartphones, tablet terminals, and computer devices.
- Content: refers to all information that users can access through this service or this company's website.
